Service
SovAPI Arena is a public demonstration interface for SovAPI, an OpenAI-compatible, modeless inference API. The Arena compares a live SovAPI route with a selected challenger model and displays latency, throughput, token usage and cost data returned by the live API responses.
Hosting
The SovAPI gateway and inference run on SovInfra-controlled European infrastructure.
Public API traffic targets https://api.sovinfra.ai/v1. The public Arena
demonstration interface itself is hosted on a third-party platform that may be located
outside the European Union. Provider and gateway secrets are held server-side and are
not embedded in browser assets.
Intellectual property
SovInfra, SovAPI, the Arena interface, documentation, software and visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Personal data and GDPR
Data controller. FPLC SAS, 10 Place Vendome, 75001 Paris, France, operates SovAPI Arena and acts as data controller for the processing described in this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to legal@sovinfra.eu.
Data processed and purposes. To run a duel, the Arena transiently processes the prompt and generated outputs, a pseudonymous browser session identifier, token and request counters, and a one-way technical fingerprint derived from the IP address and user-agent. These data are used only to provide the requested comparison, calculate live metrics, enforce public-demo quotas, prevent abuse and secure the service. The Arena does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Legal basis. This processing is based on FPLC SAS's legitimate interests in operating, measuring and securing its public demonstration service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and on compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Providing a prompt is optional, but a prompt is required to run a duel.
Recipients and challenger providers. Data are available only to authorised SovInfra personnel and technical providers where necessary to operate the service. The SovAPI side is processed through SovInfra-controlled European infrastructure. For the challenger side, the prompt is transmitted directly to the official API of the selected third-party model provider. That provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, depending on the selected model and provider. Before using a challenger, review the selected provider's privacy policy and data practices.
Retention and local storage. The Arena application does not persist prompts or generated outputs in its application database or production logs. The pseudonymous session quota record expires after no more than 24 hours, and the client-rate fingerprint expires after no more than one hour. The browser stores a random session identifier and the selected theme in local storage until the user clears site data. The Arena does not set advertising cookies.
Your rights. Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to its processing, by contacting legal@sovinfra.eu. FPLC SAS will respond without undue delay and within one month. This period may be extended by up to two further months for a complex request, in which case you will be informed within the first month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
The public Arena is intended for demonstration use. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated or third-party personal data in prompts.
